Maybe you're thinking it's too good to be true? I don't blame you - I was dubious too so I had to go and find out for myself...

As I approached Goodge Street (Northern Line), I could feel my excitement building up as I wondered what awaited me. What I encountered was far beyond anything my imagination had conjured up.

The simple white decor and the shelved product layout gave an instant feel of elegance and sophistication. This is what every shop should look like: minimalistic with everything it has to offer you presented in an orderly fashion. There was no having to sift through tons of neglected products to find your golden treasure. Every product in it's own right was a treasure and it was up to me to choose which were going to be mine for the taking.

I was immediately greeted with a smile from the friendly shop assistant behind the counter and after a quick (literally 5 minutes) registration on the computer, I was left to browse and select happily between chit chats with the staff.

I was in awe of how easy the process was and the variety of products available to me. There were household products, health and beauty (for both sexes), fashion accessories and food and drink available. Every product I asked about was explained to me, it was a comfort knowing that the staff knew the products they were talking about and it helped me choose the best things to try. This really was my idea of a dream.

This is a great service and the products are yours to keep for a low cost. All they ask is that you fill out online feedback after you've used the products. Seems like a fair trade to me.

Pros
The process is simple and not time consuming. Great customer service is a big thing to me and this shop exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the variety of the product range they have available. The price and service is the biggest advantage.

Cons 
The only real problem that I had is that there was too much I wanted to take home with me but then if there weren't, what would the next month be for? I will definitely be going back. The question is; will I see you there?
